About Us
Thanks for checking out my web site! I'm Ludo, and I'd love to help you out with your next project around the house. My great-grandfather founded Ferrari Construction in France over 100 years ago and it has been a family tradition ever since. I grew up working with my dad in France and after moving to Canada, I soon found my way back to the industry. After 7 years working for a big restoration & construction business, my partner, Julia caught the farming bug. We quit our day jobs and started up a small, organic farm with a lot more passion than actual farming experience. We learned a lot along the way and I've built and fixed a lot of things. From fencing, to plumbing to mechanics to construction... farmers have to be able to do it all!
My previous experience in the restoration business along with my determination and curiosity always comes in handy and I found that I had a real aptitude for working with my hands and trouble-shooting. In 2014, we took it up a few notches and bought 20 acres of bare land off-the-grid in the beautiful Nicola Valley where we have built our new farm and homestead. We found this to be tremendously satisfying so we decided to take the experience and skills we have acquired over the years and use them to help our neighbours with their small-to-medium sized home repair projects. We often work with my brother-in-law, Dave from Seamless Drywall. We worked together in the restoration & construction business for many years and he's a real artist when it comes to drywall. |
